Default wanting released

if ur on a team and when they offered the contract they tell u itsmal for now cos they doing the statium and they even say u can get a few starts as the main pitcher.

yet they don't give you any starts and only offer 2k extra wage for the next season.

ontop of this he tryed to sell the team as he was not able to manage it.

due to all this the player tryed to get a release and did not get a responce for 2 weeks and when they did they said he was keeping the team and will not release the player.

they still give the player more wages and not offering any starts.

is this not a breach of contract?? and can you not force a release??

everytime the player try's to talk to the manager he keeps getting reply's fom the coaches instead like he is passing on the rsponceability (canny spell)

and the coaches are abit arognt to the player.

does he have any rights to leav the teamor is he stuck?

why did you accept an contract extension through S5 if all this was happening?

Can you take a screenshot of the contract or a pm where it states this player would get to start a few games? A contract is a sure thing if it is written under written clauses. A pm would be considered depending on the wording and what the FPA decides afer discussion.
Coaches working for the owner are okay, some teams are more like Owner then Manager positions (but the game just says coach).

Are all those promises in the written clauses? If its not officially in the contract then it doesn't officially exist.

Guys, let's let the FPA handle it, thanks.

I've modified this forum so that you can only reply if you either started the thread, or if you are a member of the FPA.
